Nutella Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
  1. Mix the flour and salt together in a small bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy.  Add in the Nutella, sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  3. Slowly incorporate the flour mix and melted butter, blend well.
  4. Pour into a greased 8"x8" pan.
  5. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.  Bake for 50 minutes.  Allow it to cool in the pan.
