This recipe is naturally gluten-free, but I had to test out my theory on a sinfully delicious chocolate truffle, and this one made the cut! : )
Ingredients:
- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 3 tbsp creme de cacao
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese, cocoa, icing sugar and creme de cacao until smooth and well blended.
- Refridgerate until firm.
- Form into 1" balls and roll in coconut. Place in small paper cups and serve!
